Brett Oteri

With over 20 years in the industry, a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and a professional athlete Brett shares with you his passion and expertise in functional strength training. He holds a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor of Science in English with a passion for continued education guaranteeing his clients the most up to date research based training and nutritional information. Brett adds to his education with level 1 certifications in both Precision Nutrition and a Functional Movement Screening Specialist with additional certifications in Russian Kettlebell training, and Personal Training.

Eric Ayers

Eric is an experienced personal trainer with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Health Science. He adds to his education with an ASCM certification as well as a Group Power instructor . Eric works with clients of all ages and varying metabolic and physical conditions. His diverse experience allows him to effectively adapt programs to maintain safety and exceed fitness goals while having fun.

Michael Urso

Coach Mike is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with close to a decade of experience. He makes exercise and nutrition easy for his clients by building personalized programs that focus on the results THEY want to achieve. He teaches his clients how to achieve their ideal physique and eat properly for more energy and better sleep so they can be the best possible version of themselves. A husband, and father of two incredible daughters, Coach Mike also enjoys training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, blogging about fitness and performance, playing his acoustic guitar, and spending time with his family.

Ryan White

Ryan is an experienced personal trainer with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education. He adds to his education with an ACE certification in Personal Training and a Transformation Nutrition Coach. Ryan got into fitness through the sport of mixed martial arts, through which he was able to transform himself from a 300 lb, depressed and unhealthy teenager, into a professional fighter and coach. Through Ryan’s personal struggles and his successes with his personal health, he’s able to bring a level of empathy and understanding to sessions to help clients reach their fitness goals.
